Reaching For The Best
I enjoy working with people who are passionate about their work and who are striving to improve their services. I have many years of practical hands-on experience and understand the challenges of leadership and management of organizations- large and small. I work with my clients to identify the strengths of the organization, to target the challenges or core problems preventing the team from succeeding and to develop strategies which improve the services and operations.
If you have concerns, questions or thoughts about the management of non-profit organizations, contact me and we will start a conversation.

Chris Duggan, ConsultantI am a results oriented, client-focused executive, with an extensive track record of strategic leadership, operational design and management of social service programs. Additionally, I am a well-organized professional with ability to conceptualize, analyze and to understand both the operations and customer sides of issues.
My consulting services and skills are focused on assisting clients to clearly identify project goals, to develop strategies which achieve goals, to manage change as needed and to ensure all project and contract requirements are aligned with the client's goals. Previous professional experiences include serving as CEO for a large non-profit organization in Tallahassee, Florida- the Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend, which operated with a $24 million budget and provided comprehensive services to over 6,000 young children and their families. My successful and extensive experience with executive management of a large agency enables me to provide effective strategy development and executive leadership coaching for my clients. |

Inspirational ThoughtGood leaders make people feel that they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery. Everyone feels that he or she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens, people feel centered and that gives their work meaning.
